I’m also another that is waiting on the confirmation emails! Other then that - you guys are on the right track! This idea is fabulous and will definitely be a great tool for those of us who are recruiters!!!
I appreciate everyone’s patience - we obviously had some issues with the traffic this morning which then had a downstream impact on our account validation emails.

One idea on the salary area it makes big difference on location salaries vary from location and region based on cost of living.

The first step was for us to get enough content to make “spinning” the data meaningful, but I’m happy to report that’s happening very rapidly.
Expect to see features from us soon that let you look at salaries by location, years of experience, and other relevant axis.
It would be great if you would request sex when gathering salary data, so we could see how salaries differ accross the sexes withing organizations. Given that you call your site “glassdoor”, would it not be appropriate to make this public so women could really see which companies they are better appreciated at?
