I discovered your site a few months ago, and I have been a passionate user of your site. I have told all of my friends about your site.

You address a very unique need: job seeker wants to get company specific salary and work environment information. Neither salary.com nor payscale.com provides company-level information.

Another need is an emotional need: the hard-working worker bees needs a forum to vent and express their work frustration. Your site provides the forum for doing so. I think in this environment, there is going to be a lot of unhappy workers who cannot quit their job due to the tough job market. there should be even more juicy review coming out your business.

You have created a very valuable tool for the regular employees. And hopefully the information you gathered will be fed back to the management of the companies listed on your site.

My only concern is that how you guys plan to make money. But, I guess that's something I shouldn't worry about. :-)

Keep the good work!

Sales environment is ripe with backstabbing and politics. Always, but if you put them in a pit like at salesforce it becomes a cauldron of politically motivated people. Its all part of the desire to control.
